Your drone licence that you have successfully passed here in Ireland will allow you the same type of operations in other European Counties. So, if we keep it on the simple path. You register yourself on the Irish MySRS portal, attend the A1/A3 Open Category course because your drone is a C1 class which allows you to fly in the A1 category and this is the case throughout Europe. Whatever country you are looking to operate in you need to look up with the NAA the Geographical Zones that your licence is applicable to. Here is a FAQ from EASA website. There is a hyper link on the question which will bring you to the FAQ page of the Open Category.
No you are not required to do anything different from what is required when flying in the state where you are registered. Make sure before starting the operation you check if the area is covered by a geographical zone published by the state.

FRAUD! Beware, some fraudulent websites have been pointed out to EASA. They offer drone pilot’ licenses, for price and without the need to take an exam. You always do need to take an exam online to become a remote drone pilot competency certificate from a recognized aviation authority. It is also them who award the certificate.
